Tambor Peaks is located directly behind the 'Hotel
Playa Tambor', owned by the' Barcelo' international
chain of hotels and the landing strip on the Nicoya
Peninsular.
The topography is varied and ranges from pasture
land to hills. From the 'Mirador' or 'View Point',
there are incredible views of the whole of the
south of the peninsular and across the gulf to
